Visited Toyota Waterloo to explore the 2025 Rav4 Hybrid. Dave was incredibly knowledgeable! He gave us a tour of the car and explained its functionalities VERY clearly. Suggested a route and there was no judgement associated with our test drive. I did not feel like he was trying to "sell" us anything. He patiently listened to our needs and advised the options accordingly. Overall, wonderful experience and will definitely be going back.
