Job description:
We are looking for an experienced parts Advisor who is highly motivated to provide amazing customer service and work strongly as a team.

- Accurately looking up required parts and provide pricing and availability to our fast-paced service department and our growing retail/wholesale customer base
- Aiding in receiving and stocking inventory
- Inventory maintenance
- Regular lifting and occasional heavy lifting will be required
- General housekeeping and maintenance of parts department
- Work alongside the other departments, within the dealership, to help build on the existing sense of teamwork and cooperation.
Strong attention to detail
- Automotive parts, tire experience is an asset

Appointment Coordinator
Pay: From CA$19.00 per hour
Job description:
The Appointment Coordinator is the direct point of contact between the Dealership and their service customers. The primary focus is always on customer service, during the contact and scheduling of scheduled and/or unplanned maintenance for customer vehicles.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Role responsibilities are primarily phone-based and include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Receive and respond to inbound calls, emails or texts from customers who want to schedule service with their dealership
- Complete outbound calls, emails or texts to customers regarding vehicle maintenance recommendations, recalls, appointment confirmations, and customer satisfaction after a dealership visit.
