We had two days to find ourselves a car and found the perfect car at Forbes Waterloo Toyota. We were met by a kind, attentive and respectful sales person, Walid, soon after entering the building. Walid listened to us and was aware that a car meeting our needs had arrived hours before to the facility. He was right that it was perfect for us, in fact it exceeded our expectations. Then Walid worked to have the car ready for us to drive off the lot within 48 hours, a feat that neither of the previous two Toyota dealerships was willing to attempt. 100% satisfaction and gratitude!!!!
