Amazing work from Forbes Waterloo Toyota. I had the pleasure of working with sales Tom and Manager Nick. Tom was extremely kind, quick to respond to my emails and concerns. He was able to keep me in the loop on when my car was available and I never felt pushed to do any upgrades. I am extremely pleased with the dealership and recommend them 5/5.
